Shiv Food Engineering designs and manufactures snacks making machines, deep fryers, conveyors, seasoning equipment, and related food processing machinery. We have operated from Sector 7, Noida since 2019.

Submitting a quote request or enquiry does not create a binding contract. A sale is confirmed only when we issue a written proforma invoice or purchase order acceptance and you agree to the stated terms.

Orders may require advance payment as per our standard commercial terms. Accepted payment modes include bank transfer, cheque, and other methods agreed in writing.

GST invoices are issued for eligible B2B transactions in accordance with Indian tax law.

Machinery is typically dispatched by road from our Noida factory unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timelines depend on machine type, customisation, and your location.

Installation, commissioning, and operator training may be included or charged separately as specified in your quotation.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery at your site or collection from our premises, unless otherwise stated in your order documents.

New machinery is supplied with a manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in your sales agreement (typically 12 months from commissioning, unless otherwise specified).

The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, normal wear, consumables, or damage during transit caused by third-party handlers.

After-sales support and spare parts are available through our Noida service team. Contact us for warranty claims or maintenance.

We export machinery to buyers in countries including Nepal and Tanzania and South Africa. Export orders are subject to additional documentation, shipping terms (Incoterms as agreed), customs duties, and compliance requirements in the destination country.

Export pricing, freight, and timelines are confirmed separately for international buyers.

All content on this website, including text, logos, product images, and design, is owned by Shiv Food Engineering or used with permission.

You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. Reproduction for commercial publication without our written consent is not permitted.
